Acceptable Stay with Some Issues

The location is quite good.
Check-in was slow as only one employee served guests at both check-in and check-out I waited then a colleague signaled me to come to him I went he took my papers then asked me to return to the first employee. The bathroom was substandard particularly the bathtub it was very high posing a slip hazard.

The location inside the mall was very convenient for accessing shops and restaurants. the staff were friendly. They greeted everyone with a smile. breakfast had many choices. A play area for kids was conveniently located just outside. i found the experience really wonderful.
The lighting in the room after sundown wasn't great. It seemed too dark! it made it hard to see well at night. more lights would solve this problem.

the room had a super soft, comfortable bed and sheets! it was also the perfect size for my needs. the spacious room also included access to beach passes.

The room service staff were very polite and attentive to requests. rabia from the front desk was helpful and professional. the crew members were cute. They were also polite during interactions.

The pool offered a large jacuzzi and a kids pool. i found the breakfast buffet had a very good selection, i liked the variety. the attached city centre mall proved really convenient. It's accessible through the second floor. a lovely fragrance enhanced the atmosphere within the hotel.
the room lighting after sundown was a bit dark, and some additional lights would improve the ambiance.

the hotel features a sizable swimming pool including a jacuzzi. a kids pool is also available. a well-equipped gym provides varied workout options, it has treadmills and stationary bikes. direct access to a large shopping center via the second floor enhances convenience.

the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the suite offered ample space. a king-sized bed ensured restful nights. amenities included a coffee maker and complimentary bottled water.

room service was excellent, and staff were consistently civil and ready to assist. the reception staff are patient and helpful. housekeepers were perfect, they maintained high standards of cleanliness. one staff member spoke english, arabic and french.

The breakfast was delicious. It had many options. The staff were friendly, so I felt comfortable. Hotel rooms are large and spacious. Being connected to the mall was a huge bonus. I had easy access to explore food options without braving the heat.
The pillows were not comfortable, and the bed gave me a backache after a few days
